ClarityRadar respects your privacy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. The subscription fee paid by our users is the only commercial value we receive from your use of our services.

Your Rights Under CCPA / CPRA

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to request:

• Access to the personal information we have collected about you
• Deletion of your personal information held by us
• Correction of inaccurate personal information
• Exclusion of your phone number or photo from future search results (opt-out registry)
• Non-discrimination — we will not deny services or charge different prices for exercising these rights

How to Exercise Your Rights

To submit a request, email us at privacy@clarityradar.com with: your full name, the email address associated with your account (if any), the type of request (Access / Delete / Correct / Opt-Out), and any additional context to help us locate your data. We respond within 45 days as required by CCPA. For opt-out requests for a phone number or photo, please include the specific data point you wish to exclude.
